As a new guest, you’ll receive a personalized welcome packet along with a thoughtful email that walks you through everything you need to know before your appointment.
On the day of your visit, you’ll get a text with a link to customize your experience—choose your favorite drink, snack, and music, or opt for a silent appointment for total relaxation.
And when you arrive, your self-care goes even deeper with luxe amenities like an aromatherapy hot towel wrap, collagen eye masks, and a rejuvenating scalp massage.

Your first visit is all about you. We’ll start with a thorough consultation where we’ll chat about your lifestyle, your hair history, and your dream look. From there, I’ll create a customized plan designed to keep your hair healthy, radiant, and easy to maintain between appointments.
