Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
All bookings are done online through my booking app. This makes it easy for you to see all available times and services in one place.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, I work by appointment only so every guest receives the time and attention they deserve.
Do I need to fill out a form as a new guest?
Yes! My New Guest Form helps me learn about your hair history and goals so I can create a customized plan for you.
How do I contact you?
The quickest way to reach me is by texting 833-401-8381 or by email jessicaortiz@hairwithflairbyjess.com
I do my best to respond within a few hours, Texts and emails received after 8pm will be answered the next day. Monday–Saturday.

(Please note I’m unable to answer texts or calls while with a guest—your time in my chair is always distraction-free!)
Services & Pricing

Are haircuts included in color packages?
For new guests, yes! After you've been to see me, you'll have the option at your next appointment to add-on a haircut if you need one.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Each package is designed with specific hair goals in mind. You can review the service descriptions on my New Client Page, or fill out my New Guest Form and I’ll guide you to the best fit.

How should I come to the salon with my hair?
Please come to your session with CLEAN, DRY HAIR- preferably with no products in it. Shampoo at least 2 days before your appointment
Salon Guidelines

What’s your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer your spot to another guest.

Do you require deposits?
No deposits are required, but a card on file is needed to secure your appointment.
What if I’m late?
If you’re running more than 15 minutes behind, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to fit the remaining time.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo, Cash is accepted however, I do not carry change. Please have exact amount.

Hair with Flair is located inside Uptown Wellness and Salon Suites,
730 East Yandell Dr, Suite 114.
Is parking available?
Yes! There is free, convenient parking right behind the salon building.
