Hey Friend, I'm Jess
I'm the stylist behind Flaired Beauty. I created this space for women who want beautiful hair in a calm, welcoming environment that feels far from the chaos of a crowded salon. I specialize in low-maintenance blonding, gray blending, and seamless K-tip extensions designed to fit your real life.
I started Flaired Beauty because I understand what it's like to juggle a full life. Between work, family, and everything in between, frequent salon visits aren't realistic for most women. I wanted to create a better option...Hair that grows out softly, feels polished, and works with your schedule.
Training and Background
I've been a licensed stylist in both Tennessee and Texas for over 22 years. I've trained with Aveda and worked the Ms. Texas pageant circuit for 4 years. My approach is built on continued education, thoughtful techniques, and creating results that feel natural and wearable.
I focus on placement, long-term hair health, and realistic maintenance so you always know what to expect both in the salon and at home. Before you leave my chair, we'll talk through a clear plan that makes sense for your lifestyle.

Great Hair should make life easier
Nothing overdone, nothing high-maintenance, and nothing that only looks good for one week. Just thoughtful results that feel like you and keep working long after you leave the salon.
When I'm not behind the chair, I'm usually with my family — trying new restaurants, getting outside when we can, or planning our next road trip. And yes, my four very spoiled dogs absolutely run the house.
